Maria Rossi left Naples in 2019 with a dream and a recipe book passed down through three generations. After years working in Toronto's restaurant scene, she opened Trattoria Bella in a tiny Queen West storefront in January 2026. Every dish is made from scratch daily — the tagliatelle, the ravioli, the tiramisu. If you sit at the counter, you can watch Maria roll the pasta by hand while she tells you about her grandmother.
